Shipping and delivery
We deliver worldwide!
All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Tampere, Finland. Our webstore delivers worldwide!
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. During sales and promotional campaigns, delivery times might be longer. If something unexpected happens with our timeline, we will contact you ASAP.
Should you need your order shipped faster, please get in touch with us at shop@lainepublishing.com. We will find a suitable shipment option for you.
Please note:
- Addresses should be written using the Latin alphabet, as our courier companies require it.
- Please provide a street address instead of a PO Box for FedEx and DHL Express.
- We can only help locate your order or reimburse you for lost or damaged shipments if you choose a shipping option with tracking.
- Regarding DHL Globalmail: Please note that the tracking number for your shipment is sent through Globalmail's system from noreply-packet@deutschepost.com.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will vary based on the shipping method and the package weight. We use the following shipping and carrier services:
- Finland: Posti
- Europe: DHL
- Rest of the world: FedEx
The final shipping cost is calculated after adding products to your cart and proceeding to the checkout. Free shipping is offered as follows:
- Finland: free shipping on orders €50 or more
- Baltics: free shipping on orders €70 or more
- Europe: free shipping on orders €100 or more
- The rest of the world: on shipping for orders €150 or more
Subscription products are excluded from the free shipping.
Laine Publishing is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please get in touch with your local customs office for further information. Once packages leave Finland, they are the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide customs numbers and package information upon request.
We are legally obligated to represent all international purchases as “merchandise” with exact values. We do not mark items as “gifts” or declare a value lower than the price paid by the buyer. Other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country.
Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are available as PDF downloads. Once you purchase a digital product, you will be emailed a unique link to download the contents on your computer, phone, or tablet. You will get an email whenever we update the PDF file. Due to the nature of PDF downloads, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
Cancellations and returns
If you wish to cancel your order, notify us immediately at shop@lainepublishing.com. All orders can be cancelled before fulfilment & shipping. Once your order is shipped, you must follow the returns instructions.
To return or exchange any items from your order, notify us within 14 days of delivery to shop@lainepublishing.com. Returned items must be in the original condition and able to be re-sold. We will provide instructions for exchanges via email.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not return to us. Please note that the 2nd quality Friend Sale products cannot be returned.
As soon as we receive & inspect the returned items, we will refund the price of your order, including shipping, via the original payment method.
