This issue’s knits feature some lovely textured stitch patterns. The delicate Brisaal Atardecer pullover by Griselda Zárate is worked in an all-over star lace stitch pattern, and the stitch pattern in Soraya García’s Fossora top is called English Rose Tweed. It creates a fabric that resembles crochet stitches.
Look at all these beautiful, well-thought-out details! Faïza Mebazaa’s Facette sweater features i-cord finishing and purl dots at the end of the colourwork motif. Audrey Borrego’s Lucienne pattern plays with the structural look of raglan sweaters: the geometric lace panels draw at tention to the raglan lines.
We have long been fans of Kendall Ross’s (@id.knit.that) knitted art, and in this issue, we get to know more about Kendall and the inspiration behind her unique, wearable art pieces. We also learn about the Irish knitting education initiative Wool in School, which is committed to increasing awareness of wool and teaching children to fall in love with knitting.

“For the photography of this issue, we wanted to capture the beauty of Nordic summer days. And I think we nailed it with these images of golden fields and blooming gardens polished with magical soft evening light! The day of the photoshoot was also super f un for our whole team, and I feel that this, too, shows in the images.”
