Baltics (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania): 70 €
Europe: 70 €
Europe Non-EU (Iceland, Norway, Switzerland): 80 €
USA: 200 €
Rest of the world: 150 €
Subscription products are not eligible for free shipping.

Many of our publications are also available as digital downloads. Digital editions are delivered instantly as PDF files — no shipping required.
Worldwide delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Tampere, Finland and we deliver worldwide.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. During sales and promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are unexpected delays, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Update — 19 February 2025
We are currently experiencing a higher-than-usual volume of orders, particularly due to the popularity of 52 Weeks of Sweaters. As a result, dispatch times may be slightly longer than usual. Our warehouse team is working as quickly as possible to process all orders and we truly appreciate your patience.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping method and package weight. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout after you add products to your cart.
We use the following shipping carriers:
Finland: Posti, Matkahuolto
Europe: DHL
Rest of the world: FedEx
Customs and import charges
Laine Publishing is not responsible for any additional customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Once packages leave Finland, they become the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide tracking and customs information upon request.
We are legally required to declare all international purchases as merchandise with their full value. We cannot mark items as gifts or declare a lower value than the purchase price.
Import duties or taxes may apply when the package arrives in your country.
Note for customers in the United States
We will continue shipping to the US after the new tariff regulations take effect on 29 August.
Based on the information currently available, books and magazines will remain exempt from tariffs, while yarns, planners and notebooks may be subject to import tariffs.
In accordance with U.S. regulations, any applicable tariffs or import duties are assessed by U.S. authorities and are the responsibility of the importer at the time of delivery. These charges are determined by law and are outside our control.
Important information
Addresses must be written using the Latin alphabet, as required by courier services.
Please provide a street address instead of a P.O. Box when using DHL or FedEx.
We can only help locate or reimburse lost shipments if you choose a shipping option with tracking. For DHL Globalmail, tracking notifications are sent from noreply-packet@deutschepost.com.
Digital downloads
Digital downloads are delivered as PDF files. After purchase, you will receive an email with a unique download link. The file can be downloaded to your computer, phone or tablet.
If the PDF file is updated, you will receive an email with access to the latest version. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for digital purchases.
Cancellations and returns
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately at hello@lainepublishing.com. Orders can be cancelled before fulfilment and shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you must follow the returns instructions.
To return or exchange items, notify us at hello@lainepublishing.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and resellable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot be responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Please note that second-quality Friend Sale products cannot be returned.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the full amount of your order, including shipping, to your original payment method.
