Cancellations and returns

If you wish to cancel your order, notify us immediately at hello@lainepublishing.com. All orders can be cancelled before they are fulfilled and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you must follow the returns instructions.

To return or exchange any items from your order, notify us at hello@lainepublishing.com within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and resellable. We will provide exchange instructions by email.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we cannot be held responsible for any shipments that do not return to us. Please note that 2nd-quality Friend Sale products are non-returnable.

As soon as we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the price of your order, including shipping, via the original payment method.
