Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days. During sales and promotional campaigns, delivery times might be longer. Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If something unexpected happens with our timeline, we will contact you ASAP.

Please note that we will not be able to help locate your order or reimburse you for lost or damaged shipment should you choose a shipping option without tracking.

The shipping cost is based on the weight of your order. The rates are based on the agreement services we have with different delivery providers. For domestic orders in Finland we use Posti, for orders in Europe we use DHL and for international orders outside Europe we use FedEx.

We offer free shipping when your order value is over 70 € (in Finland), 100 € (in Europe) and 150 € ( for the rest of the world).
Note: Subscription products are excluded from the free shipping.
