While I love the patterns in Kindred Knits, the story that the knits help to tell is beautiful! It’s a story of family, heritage, and the love of knitting! Aleks has created very unique and beautiful pieces, but knit with very approachable techniques. Highly recommend!

Very nice sweater. I encountered no issues with the increases or GSR (some other knitters reported that on Raverly). Although this a very easy project, if I would be a complete beginner knitting it, I would have loved a bit more details included on the technique. One example would be what type of needle length to use for each section.
All in all a lovely project that can easily be customized with some color pop around the neck or cuffs.

Novita Edith Silk Mohair is very easy to knit with and feels incredibly soft together with Novita 4PLY.

Loved the book. Exactly what I had thought. Digital purchase was simple and fast.

As a crocheter, it can be challenging to find patterns that are sleek and modern, yet have a timeless feel. I’m excited to dive into these patterns! I hope this is not the last time Laine publishes something like this. I’d love to see a fall/winter crochet edition too:)

Just I think the English version have little error with translation because I already realised couple of missed words but nothing what can stop me to carry on with this beautiful 😍 knitted pieces, maybe is the mistake in my version 😉 . I was pleasantly surprised with the texture and feel. Knits lovely, colour (Earthy Olive) is absolutely perfect.

I really love the patterns. Im also glad that I can buy the patterns online and not have to get something shipped. Mostly because I dont have good eye sight and need to be able to zoom into the patterns.
