International Sales Lead
Do you want to help build the international growth of a Finnish brand?
We are looking for an International Sales Lead to take charge of developing and growing our international B2B sales.
In this role, you will get to work with a strong and internationally renowned brand. Laine's products are already sold in around 90 countries. Growth is being built systematically, one market at a time, starting with the United States and the United Kingdom. You will focus on developing existing reseller and customer relationships, growing the business of current partners, and finding new B2B customers in selected markets. Later, you will also take part in building new distribution partnerships in line with the company's growth plan.
This is an independent role, where success is based on initiative, long-term relationship development, and active sales work. You will work in close collaboration with the CEO and the rest of the organization, but you will be responsible for your own area of responsibility independently. Our office is situated in Tampere, but we work in hybrid mode.
In your role, you will:
- grow international B2B sales in existing markets
- take responsibility for the growth of selected markets in phases
- develop existing reseller and customer relationships
- acquire new resellers and other B2B customers in selected markets
- build long-term customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities
- monitor markets and identify new business opportunities
- take part in building new distribution partnerships in line with the company's growth plan
- participate in various trade fairs and customer meetings
We hope you have:
- experience in international B2B sales
- a track record of long-term customer relationship development and sales growth
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- an independent, goal-oriented, and self-directed working style
- excellent spoken and written English and Finnish skills
Experience in book publishing, creative industry business, and/or international reseller business is considered a major advantage.
