Description

Reitti is a boxy colourwork sweater featuring simple shapes and motifs, easy-to-knit repeats and no long floats. It is knitted seamlessly from the top down in the round with Laine x Novita DK and features a round yoke.

This knitting kit includes all the yarn required to knit the Reitti sweater in your chosen colourway. Simply select your size to receive the correct amount of yarn. Please refer to the Description tab for guidance on choosing your size.

The pattern offers multiple ways to customise, with two options for both body and sleeve length, plus optional short rows for a looser fit around the chest. This knitting kit is for the longer option of the sweater; you can adjust yarn amounts in the cart before you make a puchase.

Customs and import charges

Laine Publishing is not responsible for any additional customs clearance charges. Customs policies vary widely between countries, so please contact your local customs office for further information.

Once packages leave Finland, they become the responsibility of your national postal service or courier company. We can provide tracking and customs information upon request.

For our anniversary issue, Weichien wanted to design something classic: a colourwork jumper that uses simple shapes and motifs, easy repeats with no long floats. Reitti is knitted top-down with a seamless round yoke.
This unisex, boxy sweater can be thrown on to complement any outfit.
The colours are inspired by Pantone’s colour palette for Finland. “Reitti” means “route” in Finnish.

“I think my knitting style is more classic and heavily influenced by the earthy and natural colours around me. I also take inspiration from my upbringing and background, which offers a more colourful palette to my knitting”
