Description

Kotte Hat – “Kotte” means cone in Swedish and is inspired by Jonna Helin’s love for pines. This soft, chunky beanie knitting pattern is a perfect introduction to brioche stitch and makes a quick, satisfying knitting project.

The hat is worked with super-bulky wool yarn combined with luxurious silk mohair, creating a warm, cosy handmade hat. Large needles give the fabric a light, airy drape while maintaining structure, making it ideal for a beginner-friendly brioche project. For an optional finishing touch, add a pompom made from leftover yarn to personalise your handmade winter hat.
